Everyone kept saying noo 1mg of Lorazepam is nothing .. ? It is quite the opposite ! it’s quite SOMETHING!

The importance of this! How I am currently on 0.0125mg of Lorazepam and it is still having an affect! Once harmed by these medications the taper has to be very very slow and you have to go to these low amounts to get off ! I will taper to the lowest amount I can! I am pausing here to let my body adjust as I am getting more symptoms. Listen to YOU. Go as slow as YOU need to. Drs have no idea about how slow it needs to be once we are stuck on this stuff! Try and educate them as best you can so you can taper at your own pace.
I know it’s difficult finding Drs to help you do this, as they don’t understand this at all. I am in contact with people trying to change this so please do get in touch if you are stuck and your Dr won’t prescribe the drug.
